« Go back Made in Italy present in electric mobility
Italian carburetor specialist Dell'Orto is increasingly investing in research and development and electric mobility.The company, a reference point for automotive Made in Italy, began in 1993 with carburetors for motorcycles and over the years has expanded its activities to include injection systems, throttle bodies and electronic control units, up to recent projects on electrification that also demonstrate its great attention to sustainability and energy issues.
These factors have led Dell'Orto to establish itself in both the two- and four-wheeler worlds and to become a partner of the world's leading brands, expanding its industrial boundaries globally: from India to China, where in 2006 it opened a production company, first as a joint venture and then since 2009 under full ownership, to become one of the leaders in electronic injection systems for small-displacement motorcycles, which are widely used in these countries.
