Quality cuisine on Costa Crociere

Costa Crociere has decided to include in its menus, rich in Mediterranean cuisine, dishes signed by world-renowned chefs: the "Destination Dishes" by Bruno Barbieri, Hélène Darroze and Ángel León will give guests the flavors of the places they will visit during their cruise days.

In particular, the Archipelago restaurant offers a special culinary experience: at the table, guests can choose from three menus, one for each chef, consisting of five refined dishes with innovative designs. A special look was taken at the theme of sustainability: the menus of the three aforementioned chefs were designed and created through the use of specially selected raw materials from local producers and with a view to zero food waste.

The taste journey aboard Costa ships can thus continue with an addition of extreme refinement and elegance.
