“Discover Slovakia” Forum Held in Rome: New Partnership Opportunities for Italian and Slovak Companies

The “Discover Slovakia – New Partnership Opportunities” forum took place in Rome, focusing on strengthening economic and trade relations between Italy and Slovakia, with particular attention to business cooperation opportunities for companies from both countries.

The event brought together institutions, business representatives and economic operators, providing a platform to promote new industrial and commercial partnerships and to highlight Slovakia’s potential as a strategic partner for the Italian production system.

During the forum, key areas of cooperation were presented, with a focus on innovation, sustainability, industry, tourism and regional development, sectors in which Slovakia offers significant opportunities for collaboration with Italian companies.

The initiative is part of broader efforts to support internationalisation and the promotion of Italian enterprises abroad, contributing to the strengthening of bilateral economic dialogue and the creation of new business opportunities in the Slovak market.

Statement by Maurizio Carnevale

"The 'Discover Slovakia' Forum represents a fundamental milestone in the internationalization strategy that FederCamere promotes with conviction. Slovakia is not only a significant trade partner but a true strategic hub in the heart of Europe, capable of offering our companies concrete opportunities for growth, innovation, and industrial integration.
At FederCamere, we firmly believe that the future of 'Made in Italy' relies on these new synergies. We are not just opening markets; we are building bridges of expertise and cooperation that will allow our businesses to successfully face global challenges. Events like this demonstrate that when institutions and the production world engage in dialogue, the growth potential for our national system becomes extraordinary."
