The “HEN 0871K” cutter carries out maintenance tasks on landmark navigation equipment, transportation of workers and materials located at the hydraulic structures to the lighthouses. Batteries, spare parts, tools were missing. The screw shaft was damaged. Cable connections were partially damaged.
